What are your delivery times?
All orders received for stocked items with available inventory before 3pm (AEST) will be despatched from insignia the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the next business day.
How much will shipping cost?
- For metropolitan customers, insignia offers free into store shipping for all orders above $100 (ex GST).
- For regional and rural customers, freight charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Freight charges are calculated based on the location and weight of each order.
- Please note that metropolitan and regional areas are determined by insignia in conjunction with our freight partners.
