Ordering Custom Labels and Non-Web Items


Placing your order with insignia has never been easier, with three new ways you can place your order with us for custom labels or items not yet available on our online store. Whether your ordering system automatically generates your purchase orders, or if you’d like the convenience of placing your orders outside business hours, or you’d like to request a call from our friendly Customer Service team to check the details of your order history, we’ve got all your bases covered.


Send Purchase Order

If you have a purchase order that you would like to submit, simply attach it to our form along with some of some your details and our team will process your order.


Online Order Form

Simply fill in our online order form with your item numbers and descriptions along with the quantity you require and your order will be processed by our team.


Request a Call

You can request a call from one of our customer service representatives to assist you with your order and other questions you might have at a time that best suits you.

Frequently Asked Questions

The lead time for a repeat custom label order is 8 business days. If you’re considering placing an order for a new custom label, please note the lead time will be 12 business days from the receipt of your signed proof.

If you need to receive your order before Christmas, Friday 5th December is the final date for receipt of signed proofs for all new custom label jobs. The last date you can place your order for repeat custom labels is Friday 12th December, and orders for stocked line products must be received by Tuesday 23rd December for delivery before Christmas.

If you send us your order after these dates, we will handle your order as soon as our doors have reopened on Monday 5th January. This will also be when our warehouses will start despatching stocked line products, and we’ll start shipping new and repeat custom label orders from Thursday 8th January.
