The My Account dashboard on the insignia website is the best and simplest way to manage your account with us.
We've packed it full of features designed to save you time and make ordering your consumables a quick and easy process.
How it works
Visit the Account Activation page and follow the prompts to create your online account - you will need to provide your email address.
You will receive an email with a temporary password, confirming your account activation. Follow the instructions to set your own password.
Now you're all set to use the functionalities available on your
new online account.
Track and Trace your orders
Track the progress of your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your door.
Once we have processed your order, your online account will automatically updated with the Toll Ipec connote number, shipment date and unique invoice number. With the click of a button, you can track your order right to your door.
Create an unlimited number of shopping lists in your account to manage the products you order from us.
Order directly from your unique shopping list page without having to search for each product in the online store.
Manage your invoices
Here you will be shown a list of all of your recent invoices according to your purchase history with us.
Request a copy of your invoices straight to your inbox with a click of a button. You also have the option to pay outstanding invoices online with your credit card. Alternatively, if your preferred payment method is via bank transfer, our banking details are shown at the top of the page.
Reordering a recently purchased item is simple with this new feature, add recently purchased items to your shopping cart with one quick click.
This page also includes a snapshot-style breakdown of each item by featuring product specifications, carton quantities and single and bulk-buy pricing information to make your reordering decisions even easier.
Manage your account details
Keeping your account details up-to-date has never been easier.
Update and manage your company details at your convenience, with the ability to nominate designated Purchasing and Accounts contacts, and update email subscription preferences.
