Volume 12

Letter from the Executive General Manager

Welcome to the twelfth edition of ‘insight’! This quarter a key focus for our team has been evaluating and reviewing our internal processes and identifying key areas of waste, in line with our focus on continuous improvement.

As part of this project we’ve had cross-functional teams reviewing the way we currently scope and deliver on customer requirements for hardware - from desktop label printers through to continuous inkjet coders. Through this project we’ve been able to identify improvements from both an administrative and vendor perspective which is a positive outcome.

A second project currently underway is the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) accreditation of our Brisbane manufacturing facility. Safety in manufacturing is of vital importance to us, and I am confident this accreditation will also provide peace of mind to our customers growing, producing and manufacturing within the food and beverage industry.

Best regards,
