Full of new features that will make your day-to-day easier, this guide will explain how you can make the most of them.
Track and Trace your orders
It's never been easier to track the progress of your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse, to the time it arrives at your door.
Once we have processed your order, our system will automatically update your online account with the Toll Ipec connote number, shipment date and unique invoice number. With the click of a button, you will be taken to the Toll Ipec Track and Trace webpage for live tracking of your delivery.
You can now create an unlimited number of shopping lists in your account to manage the products you order from us.
Adding products to your shopping lists is easy and you can create as many unique shopping lists as you like.
The biggest benefit of using shopping lists is that you can order directly from your unique shopping list page without having to search for each product in the online store.
Manage Your Invoices
Here you will be shown a list of all of your recent invoices according to your purchase history with us.
Outstanding invoices will display a “Pay" button; this will give you the option to pay your invoice online with your credit card. Alternatively, if your preferred payment method is via bank transfer, our banking details are shown at the top of the page.
You now have the ability to request a copy of any of your invoices, which will make it convenient for you to keep a record of your purchasing history with us. All you have to do is click on the “Request Inv" button and you will receive a copy of the invoice by email.
This section shows the items you have recently purchased from us as a complete list.
Reordering a recently ordered item is simple with this new feature, with a quick click to add the item to your shopping cart.
This page also includes a snapshot-style breakdown of each item by featuring product specifications, carton quantities and single and bulk-buy pricing information to make your reordering decisions even easier.
Manage your account details
Keeping your account details up-to-date has never been easier.
Managing your company contacts is as simple as the click of a button, with the ability to nominate designated Purchasing and Accounts contacts, and the option to select whether or not you'd prefer to receive email or mail communications from us.
Update your company details at your convenience by using this section – you can now eliminate the need for paperwork while still ensuring that your details with us are up to date.
