On the 18th of May insignia announced that they had signed a contract to acquire Compass Labels. Compass Labels is a well respected label converter based in Ringwood Melbourne who have been operating successfully since the late 1980s. They have a very similar go to market strategy as insignia, but they operate in a slightly different sector.   The 13 Compass Labels staff members, predominantly based out of their Ringwood site, will be joining the insignia team commencing on the 31st May.
