Terms and Conditions

Any equipment and other goods supplied remain the property of insignia Pty Ltd and without notice, insignia Pty Ltd can retake possession of the goods or equipment until payment in full is received. The buyer should not, however, be entitled to return the equipment or other goods supplied without prior written agreement from insignia Pty Ltd.

Please note that all prices quoted are 10% GST exclusive to more accurately reflect the actual cost to your business and as such, taxes will be shown separately on your Tax Invoice, and other applicable documents in accordance with legislation. Payment terms for labelling equipment is 14 days from installation, or date of Tax Invoice, whichever is the earlier. For all other supplies, terms are strictly net 30 days. Please pay on Tax Invoice as no statements are issued.
